Many small rooms made infrared panels the obvious choice
The house consists of many smaller rooms, which meant that a traditional air heat pump would not be able to spread the heat effectively throughout the house. At the same time, Knut and his wife wanted a quiet home without fan noise. Knut's wife also has sensitive air ducts and felt that a solution without air circulation suited their needs much better.
