Long-termism means that profits should be predictable over a longer period of time and that today's returns should not affect returns in the future. Ecological responsibility

The business must be run in a way that does not negatively impact the earth's natural resources over time. The business must have an environmental approach and reward products and suppliers that focus on sustainability. There must be environmental documents where environmental impact and measures are documented.

Social responsibility

The business should be conducted in a way that takes into account the health and well-being of people, regardless of whether they are employees, suppliers or partners. Diversity should be a natural concept within the business and all people should be met and treated equally. There should be guidelines and proactive policies on equality, personnel issues and monitoring of people's well-being.
