Terms of purchase Infracenter
Terms of purchase
These terms and conditions apply when you shop at infracenter.se by Infracenter Sverige AB. For you as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection legislation applies before the terms and conditions if the law gives you better rights. Special rules for business customers can be found in section 18.
1. Company details and contact
Seller: Infracenter Sweden AB
Organization number: 556842-1811
VAT registration number: SE556842181101
E-mail: info@infracenter.se

2. Order and agreement
You must be 18 years of age or older or have parental consent to make a purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact, delivery and payment information you provide is accurate.
Before completing your order, you can check and correct the contents of your shopping cart and the information you have provided. Once your order has been completed, we will send you an electronic confirmation without undue delay. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation showing what you have purchased, the price and that the order has been accepted. Save the order confirmation and these terms and conditions.
If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any amount received. In the event of an obvious typographical error, incorrect price information or other circumstance that you realized or should have realized was incorrect, the law applies. We are not entitled to unilaterally withdraw from an already concluded agreement solely due to stock shortages or an internal mistake.
3. Products and product information
The main features, dimensions, power, compatibility, area of use and any special installation requirements of the product are stated on the product page and, where relevant, the manufacturer's documentation. Images represent the product as accurately as possible, but colors may be perceived differently depending on the screen and lighting.
You are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for the intended location and use. Please contact us before purchase if you need assistance with sizing or compatibility. Advice based on incomplete or incorrect information from the customer cannot be relied upon for any properties other than those we have expressly confirmed in writing.
4. Prices and fees
Prices for individuals are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including applicable VAT. Product price, any discount, shipping, taxes and other fees are displayed before the order is completed. The total amount to be paid is shown at checkout.
Promotions are valid for the specified period and while supplies last, unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
5. Payment via Shopify Payments
Payment is handled through Shopify Payments and the payment providers associated with the payment method you choose. The payment options available for your purchase are displayed at checkout. Shopify Payments in Sweden supports debit and credit cards, as well as the express checkouts Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Local payment methods such as Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, and iDEAL | Wero may be displayed if they have been enabled and are available for the customer's location and purchase.
Terms, time of debit, possible credit check, fees and due date for a particular payment method are displayed before the payment is approved. If you choose a credit or invoice service, you also enter into a separate payment or credit agreement with the relevant supplier. Questions about the product itself, delivery, right of withdrawal or complaint should always be directed to Infracenter.
Refunds are generally made to the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes before the amount appears in the account may then depend on the payment provider or bank.
6. Delivery
Available delivery methods, any delivery restrictions, estimated delivery time and shipping costs are displayed at checkout or on the product page before purchase. In-stock items are normally delivered within 1-3 business days within Sweden. For made-to-order items or items with a longer delivery time, the time stated on the product page or in the order confirmation applies.
If no delivery time has been agreed, delivery shall take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract was concluded. You will receive a delivery notification when the order leaves the warehouse. You are responsible for being able to receive the delivery according to the carrier's instructions.
The risk in the goods passes to you when you or someone you have designated, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods. If you use a carrier that we have not offered, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to that carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Delivery delay
If delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@infracenter.se. Som As a consumer, you have the rights that follow from the Consumer Sales Act, including in certain cases to withhold payment, demand delivery, cancel the purchase and request compensation for damage. Cancellation may be relevant, among other things, if the delay is of significant importance to you or if we do not deliver within a reasonable additional period that you have given us.
8. Transport damage and incorrect delivery
Please check the packaging and be as soon as possible. If you see any damage, document it and the packaging with photographs and contact us as soon as possible at info@infracenter.se. En Prompt notification makes it easier for us to investigate the damage with the carrier, but does not limit your statutory right to complain. A damaged or incorrectly delivered item will be handled at no cost to you.
9. Right of withdrawal for consumers
9.1 Withdrawal period
When you shop remotely as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The period begins the day after you receive the goods. If an order is delivered in several parts, the period begins the day after you receive the last part.
9.2 How to notify us that you regret your purchase
You can exercise your right of withdrawal through the clearly marked "Cancel Purchase" function located in the website footer and on infracenter.se/pages/angra-kop during the entire withdrawal period. In the function, you enter or confirm your name, order details and the electronic contact method where you would like to receive the receipt. Once the message has been sent, you will receive an electronic receipt with the time of receipt without delay.
You can also leave a clear message to info@infracenter.se, call 0771-22 55 00 or use the standard form at the bottom of these terms and conditions. It is sufficient that the message has been sent before the withdrawal period expires. You do not need to state why you are withdrawing.
9.3 Return deadline and return address
After you have notified us that you have cancelled your purchase, the goods must be sent or returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter. Please contact us before returning so that we can provide the correct transport instructions for the size and weight of the goods.
Return address: Infracenter Sverige AB/Texpress Logistik AB, Kryptongatan 14, 431 53 Mölndal, Sweden
Please label the return with your name and order number. Do not send returns cash on delivery or to a representative without our written instructions.
9.4 Return cost
You pay the direct cost of returning the item when you exercise your right of withdrawal. For items that can be sent as a regular package, the cost depends on the carrier, weight and dimensions. For bulky goods that cannot be returned by post due to their nature, the estimated return cost will be stated on the product page before purchase. If we offer a return label or arrange for collection, the direct return cost stated in advance may be deducted from the refund.
9.5 Handling of the goods and depreciation
You may examine the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any loss in value that results from the item being handled more than is necessary to determine its characteristics and function. Assembly, permanent installation, connection, use or damage may result in loss of value if the action goes beyond a necessary examination.
Original packaging is not an absolute condition for the right of withdrawal, but feel free to use it as you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged sufficiently during the return. If possible, return the item complete with accessories, manuals and inner packaging.
9.6 Refund
We will refund the price you paid for the goods and the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option. The additional cost of a more expensive delivery method that you have chosen yourself will not be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of withdrawal. We may delay the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself. Deductions may be made for any loss in value or direct return costs for which you are responsible under law and these terms and conditions.
9.7 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a product that has been manufactured according to your instructions or otherwise has a clear personal touch, for example a product that is manufactured with a customer-specific image, customer-specific measurements or other individual customization that means that it cannot reasonably be resold as a standard product. The exception is clearly stated on the product page before purchase when applicable.
The fact that a standard product is taken home or ordered from a supplier specifically after your order does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is lacking.
10. Cancellation before delivery and uncollected shipments
As a consumer, you may cancel an order for a product before it has been delivered. We may then be entitled to compensation for special and reasonable costs caused by the cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as possible.
A shipment that is not collected or cannot be delivered does not automatically count as a notice of withdrawal. We may charge compensation for actual, necessary and reasonable costs of return shipping and handling, to the extent permitted by law. Your right to expressly exercise the right of withdrawal is not affected.
11. Complaints
If a product is faulty, you as a consumer have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the fault. A complaint within two months of noticing the fault is always made in good time. Infracenter is responsible for original faults that become apparent within three years of delivery. Faults that become apparent within two years shall, as a general rule, be considered faults for which we are responsible, unless we show otherwise or this is incompatible with the nature of the product or fault.
Advertise to info@infracenter.se eller to the address in section 1. Please provide the order number, product, when the defect was discovered, a description of the defect and preferably photographs or video when it facilitates troubleshooting. We may request to examine the product before deciding on action.
In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the necessary costs. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to remedy, replacement, price reduction, compensation for remedying the defect, cancellation or damages under the Consumer Sales Act. We are normally entitled to first attempt to remedy the defect or make a replacement delivery, if this can be done within a reasonable time and without cost or significant inconvenience to you.
If the product may pose a safety risk or continued use may worsen the injury, you should stop using it and contact us. This does not replace the assessment that must always be made according to the Consumer Sales Act.
12. Installation, use and troubleshooting
The product must be installed and used in accordance with the product instructions and applicable safety regulations. Permanent connection and other electrical installation work must be carried out by an electrical installation company that is registered for the correct type of business. A plug-connected product may be connected by the customer when it can be done legally and safely according to the instructions.
A fault that has only been caused by incorrect assembly, unauthorized electrical installation, external damage, neglect or use contrary to the instructions is not an original fault for which Infracenter is responsible. This does not limit your right to complain about another fault for which Infracenter is responsible according to law. If an investigation shows that the reported fault is not a fault for which we are responsible, we may, after you have been informed and approved the cost, charge a reasonable fee for troubleshooting and transport.
13. Warranty
Some products are covered by an optional product or manufacturer warranty of up to ten years. The warranty period, guarantor, scope, exceptions and how the warranty is used are stated on the product page and the warranty certificate or product documentation that applies to the product. The warranty applies in addition to and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Sales Act.
14. Personal data
We process personal data to receive and fulfill the order, handle payment, delivery, customer service, right of withdrawal and complaints, and fulfill legal obligations. More information about personal data, recipients, storage periods and your rights can be found in our privacy policy at infracenter.se.
15. Circumstances beyond our control
If performance is temporarily prevented by a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we will inform you and try to limit the consequences. This provision does not limit the rights you have as a consumer in the event of delay, error or other breach of contract under mandatory law.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update the terms and conditions for future purchases. The version you accepted when the contract was concluded applies to your order, unless a change is required by mandatory law and may be applied to the existing contract.
17. Complaints, Disputes and Applicable Law
Contact us first at info@infracenter.se we will try to find a solution. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can contact the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, or use the reporting function at arn.se. The amount and deadline that apply depend on ARN's current rules and area of dispute.
Swedish law applies to the agreement. A dispute can be heard by a Swedish general court. If we direct sales to another country within the EEA, the choice of law does not affect mandatory consumer protection to which you are entitled in your country of residence.
18. Special terms and conditions for corporate customers
When the buyer is buying primarily for business purposes, the buyer is a business customer. The right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Sales Act do not apply.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Swedish Sales Act (1990:931) and the following terms and conditions apply.
The business customer must check the goods without undue delay after delivery and report a defect in writing within a reasonable time after the defect was noticed or should have been noticed. Voluntary return or cancellation requires our written approval and may incur costs. In the event of a defect, we have the right to first remedy the defect or make a new delivery.
Infracenter is not liable for indirect damage, loss of production, loss of profit or energy savings in the event of a business purchase, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence or otherwise follows from mandatory law. Our total liability is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the order value for the goods in question. Disputes between companies are settled by the Gothenburg District Court as the first instance.
Internal launch control - do not publish
The terms and conditions are built for the new Shopify store and current Swedish consumer law on June 20, 2026. The following points must be completed or confirmed before the terms are published.
Control
Pre-publication requirements
Undo function
Create infracenter.se/pages/angra-kop and link clearly as “Angra köp” in the footer. The function must be available throughout the withdrawal period, collect name, order details and electronic contact method, require an explicit withdrawal and send a time-stamped receipt without delay.
Order email
Include or link to the statutory standard form in a format that the customer can save. The order confirmation should also contain or preserve any contractual information that has not already been provided in a durable form.
Return shipping
For each product that cannot be returned by regular mail: display the actual or maximum estimated return cost on the product page before purchase. The terms and conditions cannot replace this product-specific figure.
Addresses
Confirm that Datavägen 10 D is the correct street address for complaints and that Kryptongatan 14 is still the correct return address for Texpress Logistik.
Payments
Check in Shopify Admin which cards, Klarna options and express checkouts are actually enabled. Swish via Shopify Payments requires Shopify Plus according to Shopify's current documentation. MobilePay is shown for customers in Denmark/Finland and iDEAL | Wero for customers in the Netherlands; iDEAL | Wero also has an authorization requirement. The text always lets the actual checkout be the governing one.
Guarantees
Every product marketed with a warranty must have a clear warranty period, warranty provider, scope and exclusions on the product page or in a warranty certificate.
Special items
Only mark truly customized goods as exempt from the right of withdrawal. A regular standard item that is taken home after ordering is not automatically exempt.
Shipping damage
Remove the old absolute three-day limit. You can ask for quick contact and pictures, but you cannot let the carrier's recourse period limit the consumer's statutory right of complaint.
Integrity
Update the privacy policy from the Magento/Kustom feed to Shopify, Shopify Payments, and the payment and fulfillment providers actually used.
Legal review
Have a Swedish e-commerce lawyer review the published entirety and the actual store configurations. No template alone can guarantee full compliance when return prices, warranties, and technical flows have not yet been verified.
